Community Awareness for DRC means its patients and employees…their families, friends, and loved ones and what medical issues affect them.
DRC is pleased to participate in community projects that support education and promote prevention of certain medical issues such as breast cancer and heart disease. It is a time to offer support to those who have experienced the devastating effects of these diseases.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and DRC proudly participates in the local Susan G. Komen Annual Walk/Race for the Cure held at UTC McKenzie Arena. This annual fund-raising event brings awareness to the local community about the risk of breast cancer as well as raises money to fund cancer research. DRC wants to make an impact in the fight to end breast cancer.
